This is for you if…
You’re a professional Muslim woman looking for trauma-informed coaching that honours both your faith and your nervous system; you’re in the right place.
You’ve been functioning on the outside, but inside, something feels off.
Maybe you can’t explain what’s wrong.
Maybe you can explain it, but no one has helped you untangle it safely.
Maybe you had a “good childhood” and still don’t recognise yourself.
Maybe a relationship — past or current — has left you foggy, hyper-alert, doubting your reality, or shrinking in ways you never used to.
And sometimes trauma doesn’t show up as a memory — it shows up as a body that won’t settle.
If your symptoms have no clear medical explanation, and you sense there’s something deeper underneath, you’re not imagining it. Your nervous system may be carrying what your mind couldn’t name.
You are not broken. You are carrying survival. And survival can be repaired.

My trauma-informed, faith-rooted healing framework

Most women I work with have tried “being strong,” pushing through, more sabr, more control.
But trauma, PLR (Pathological Love Relationships), and chronic stress don’t resolve through willpower. They resolve through safety, understanding through education, and rewiring — in the body, not just the mind.
That’s why I work through my Sacred-Neuro Framework™ and S.E.R.E.N.E. Method™ — a structured trauma-informed path that blends:
- Trauma- & psycho education
- Somatic release & nervous system & regulation
- Neuroscience & gentle neural rewiring
- Attachment & behavioural repair
- Islamic psychology and spiritual grounding
This is not mindset coaching or quick fixes.
We don’t relive pain without preparation.
We don’t bypass with “just be patient.”
We heal the roots, gently and honestly.
And I hold radical space with love, compassion, and firm boundaries so your nervous system can finally exhale.
How we start (so you don’t have to self-diagnose)

A lot of women who are dealing with trauma from a Pathological Love Relationship (PLR) or other abuse patterns don’t know they’re traumatised.
They know: “Something is wrong with me, but I don’t understand why.”
So I don’t expect you to label yourself.
You start with clarity — and I guide the safest next step.
Step 1: Free Clarity Call
A calm, no-pressure conversation to understand:
- What you’re struggling with now (emotionally, mentally, physically, spiritually).
- What your nervous system is carrying.
- Whether trauma-informed coaching with me is the right fit.
- What entry point is safest and most effective for your healing.
If we’re aligned, I’ll invite you to the next step in a way that honours your pace and your safety.

Healing Foundations Assessment (step 2)
For trauma, PLR and deeper nervous system work, we don’t guess. We assess.
This intensive assessment is for sisters who:
- Feel destabilised by a past or present relationship.
- Suspect emotional/relational trauma and/or PLR dynamics.
- Keep looping patterns they can’t explain.
- Or feel their body reacting in ways their logic can’t control.
We take 4 hours (with regulation breaks) to map:
- Your nervous system state, symptoms, and resilience
- Your history and your current life context
- Personality “super-traits” (like high conscientiousness, empathy and agreeableness) that can make PLR more likely even without childhood adversity
- Current or past relationship dynamics and safety markers (if relevant)
- The most precise trauma-safe healing roadmap forward
Format:
- Booked as 4 hours total
- Or 2×2 hours in the same week
- We stop when your system is settled — not when the clock forces a cut-off.
Outcome:
You leave with a written Safety & Resilience Map and a personalised S.E.R.E.N.E. Healing Roadmap for what comes next in your trauma-informed coaching journey.

Safety First – How Trauma-Informed Coaching Sessions Work
Before we go anywhere near deeper memories or stories, we always start with:
- Trauma and psycho-education – so you understand what trauma, PLR, and nervous system survival actually are (and what they are not).
- Tools and techniques to regulate and calm your nervous system – simple, science-backed, and faith-aligned practices you can use in daily life.
This means: no exposure therapy, no forced “reliving”, and no retraumatisation.
I won’t throw you into the deep end. I help your system feel safer, step by step.
“Up to 90 minutes” – what does that really mean?
All 1:1 trauma-informed coaching sessions are up to 90 minutes.
That doesn’t mean we push you for 90 minutes at all costs. It means we have enough space to:
- slow down and regulate properly
- work with what’s arising without rushing
- close the session in a calm, centred state, not frazzled or flooded
When the intensity has been enough, it’s enough.
We stop where your nervous system can settle again – even if that means ending earlier. Your body’s sense of safety is more important than “finishing the agenda.”
This is deep, trauma-informed, somatic coaching for Muslim women that respects your limits, your story, and your nervous system from the very first session.

Trauma healing packages & pathways

After your Clarity Call and, where appropriate, your Healing Foundations Assessment, you’ll receive a private invitation link to the container that matches your nervous system’s needs.
I do it this way because trauma-safe work cannot be self-selected from a menu.
We choose pace, depth, and length together.
1) S.E.R.E.N.E. 3-Month Container
Two trauma-safe uses:
A. Stabilisation & Foundations (weekly)
For new clients who need safety, regulation, and clarity first.
It’s also a powerful package for “stuck/blocked” sisters once I’ve confirmed that trauma isn’t the primary driver.
B. Fade-Out / Integration (bi-weekly, invitation-only)
For sisters finishing deeper work who want a gentle step-down phase to consolidate their new baseline and step more fully into their authenticity.
2) S.E.R.E.N.E. Deep Restoration (6 months, weekly)
For trauma/PLR survivors ready to work deeper with consistent holding.
This is where real nervous system re-patterning, deep healing, and identity repair begin.
3) S.E.R.E.N.E. Long-Term Healing & Reclamation (12 months minimum, weekly)
For PTSD/CPTSD and complex PLR layering, and long-standing survival patterns.
This is not a “quick year and done” promise. Deep healing typically unfolds over a minimum of 18–36 months.
We begin with a 12-month package and continue with extensions if needed — because truth and safety matter more than a marketing timeline.
Meet your TRANSFORMATIONAL Coach

What trauma-informed coaching with me feels like
Clients often tell me:
- “I’ve never felt so safe.”
- “You see the root immediately.”
- “You connect dots that I had never noticed.”
- “I shifted more with you than in years of therapy.”
In practice this means:
- We make sure we understand before we treat
- We build skills and safety before we dive in.
- We regulate before we rewire.
- You learn to read your body and nervous system without shame.
- Your triggers become information, not identity
- Your faith and sense of self deepen as your system steadies,
- And you start living from fitrah again — not survival.
This is deep, faith-aligned, trauma-informed coaching for Muslim women who are ready for real change.

Who this sacred trauma work is (and isn’t) for

I work with a small number of women at a time because this is deep, high-touch healing.
This is for you if you are:
- ready to be honest with yourself
- willing to practice what you learn between sessions
- seeking a trauma-safe, faith-aligned approach
- done with surface-level coping and spiritual bypass
- prepared to invest in long-term change, not quick fixes
This may not be for you if you want:
- a quick fix
- weekly venting without transformation
- someone to tell you what you want to hear
- a bargain-priced solution for sacred, specialist work
If that stings a little, good. It means your healing matters to you.

FAQs about Trauma-Informed Coaching
I don’t know what is blocking me. Shouldn’t I find that out first?
Not at all. You don’t have to come in with a label or a clear story. My process is designed to help uncover and identify the root causes of what’s holding you back, even if you’re not sure what they are.
Together, we’ll explore your mind–body–soul connection to reveal the patterns, super-traits and beliefs that need transformation – at a pace that feels safe for your nervous system.
Is this therapy?
No. I’m not a therapist and I don’t work in the medical model.
Many of the women I work with have already tried therapy and either didn’t feel seen, didn’t get practical tools, or felt like they were talking in circles without real change. That’s often when they come to me.
What I offer is trauma-informed coaching: deep, structured, faith-rooted work that focuses on your nervous system, your patterns, and your future. We look at what your body and subconscious are carrying, and we use practical tools to help you shift out of survival and into authenticity.
I don’t diagnose, prescribe medication, or offer crisis care. Suppose I ever feel you might need additional medical or psychiatric support alongside our work. In that case, I’ll be honest about that – but you don’t have to be “in therapy” for this coaching to be valuable or effective.
What if I’m still in the relationship and can’t think clearly?
That’s exactly why the Healing Foundations Assessment exists.
We map what’s happening while you’re in it and create a safety-paced roadmap.
What if I don’t have childhood trauma?
The majority of sisters actually develop relational / PLR trauma without adverse childhood histories.
We assess what your nervous system is carrying, not what your past “should” look like.
How long does healing take?
There isn’t a standard timeline for healing. It depends on many things – what you’ve lived through, how long it’s been going on, how deeply it affected you, your current life stress, and how your nervous system and personality are wired.
For some women, certain patterns shift relatively quickly once the nervous system feels safe and understood. For others – especially with complex or long-term trauma – healing is a longer-term journey, and that’s completely normal.
I don’t promise fixed timelines, and I won’t rush your process to fit a neat number. We’ll check in regularly about how you’re doing, what’s changing, and whether it feels right to continue, deepen, or gently phase out. The focus is on real, sustainable change, not speed.
Ready to take the next step?
You don’t have to carry this alone.
And you don’t have to rush your process.
Let’s start with clarity, compassion, and the safety your nervous system has been craving.
